-The Lease shall be prepared by the Lessor;
-The first month rental shall be payable to the Lessor by
interac transfer at the signature of the Lease;
-No cannabis nor similar substance in the premises nor in
the building;
-The Lessee must follow the rules and regulations of the
building;
-all short rentals are prohibited: No air B & B;
-No smoking;
-The fees to move in and move-out shall be at Lessee's
expenses;
-All plumbing and appliances repairs resulting from
Lessee's negligence ( except for wear and tear) shall be at
Lessee's cost.
