Conditions of the Lease:

-Credit check or letter of employment must be sent with all

promise to lease and must at Lessor's satisfaction;

-All risk ans liability insurance in the amount of

2,000,000$ must be taken by the Lessee of which a proof of

coverage is required at occupancy and copy remitted to the

Lessor; The insurance must be valid during the whole term

of the Lease; at renewal a copy of the new policy shall be

given to the Lessor;

-Payment of the first month's rental by interac transfer to

the lessor at the signature of the Lease;

-The Lessor shall prepare the Lease and signed at his

offices;

-No use of Cannabis nor similar substances in the building;

-The Lessor must follow the rules and regulations of the

building.
