given to the Lessor;

letter of employment and verification of referrals t at

3. Payment of the first month's rental by interac transfer

to the Lessor at the signature of the Lease;

4. The Lessor shall prepare the Lease and shall be signed

1E1;

5.No short term rentals such as AirBnB or other similar

platforms;

6. Use and growing Cannabis or similar substances in the

building is forbidden;

7.The Lessor must follow the rules and regulations of the

building;

8.No elevator in the building.
